Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance. Thorough preparation and forethought significantly increase the likelihood of success while reducing mistakes, stress, and failures.
We will work directly with our client, designer, and installation team to properly scope, plan, and model the project before any materials are ordered. We promise to not rush you into a project for a contract deal. The initial steps are imperative for a successful outcome.
Build to Plan
With an agreed plan in place including layout, material selection, color schemes, and must-haves, the materials can be ordered and the installation process can effectively begin.
During the process we will work with the client by their update preference (daily vs milestone) to keep them in the loop.
We understand the impact of not having a useable space during the project. We strive to never leave you hanging. For instance, a temporary countertop and sink while awaiting a stone countertop delivery.
No Surprises
We love seeing the excitement on a client's face when the project really begins to take shape.
